Synergy Village

The green oasis Synergy Village comprises a spacious estate in the immediate vicinity of Lake Zurich. The former farm is home to 300-year-old houses surrounded by idyllic gardens and artistic buildings. Artfully designed alcoves and lounges invite visitors to discover and linger, while the highlights, including the magical grotto with waterfall, cave, stream, gardens and the viewpoint over Lake Zurich, are sure to delight. Public spaces on Lake Zurich are just a few minutes’ walk from the property. In a rustic-artistic ambience, the location offers space for seminars, club and company events, team outings and celebrations of all kinds.

Synergy Village – event location in the countryside for team outings and retreats

The accommodation is housed in a listed farmhouse with 7 rooms dating back to 1754, supplemented by a studio and the “KREIS-Haus”, a self-sufficient small house that is operated as a practice laboratory. A total of 22 people can stay overnight on site.

The event rooms are located in a converted barn at the heart of the property. The upper part of the barn comprises the “Schüür” room, the “Atelier” room and the adjoining terrace. The lower part of the barn contains the “Kunsthalle” room, which is equipped with a projector, motorized screen and sound system. In total, the barn offers space for 150 people (max. 100 people per room). With the exception of the studio, none of the rooms can be heated.

Synergy Village also offers vegetarian/vegan catering, either as individual meals according to the menu or as an all-inclusive price for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Synergy Village also offers a wide range of activities for retreats and team building. Particularly noteworthy is the guided tour of the innovative KREIS House. Discover the world of the circular economy and learn how sustainable living is possible in a small space. Exciting games and challenges are available for team-building activities. These include jousting games, an agent competition in the style of 007, mobile team cooking, a voyage of discovery into foreign cultures, team games in nature, creative 3D thinking, building gliders, chain reaction games, team challenges, bridge-building construction projects and creative communication projects. These activities are ideal for strengthening team spirit and creativity in a unique setting.
